Behavior of KeQueryTickCount across power transitions?

What is the behavior of KeQueryTickCount across power transitions? Is the
return value guaranteed not to be reset to 0 or not be adjusted forward for
the sleep time as it’s done for KeQueryInterruptTime?

Is the return value of KeQueryTimeIncrement constant across power transitions
and calls to ExSetTimerResolution?

I believe that the tick count is adjusted forward just as the other
time variables are. I don’t remember what the time increment does.
