Does anyone have the 2002 emails from this list that they could export to a
pst file and email it to me?
Thanks

You can also download the entire OSR archive to your favorite newsreader.
Then if you are really gung ho to have it in a PST, you can use Outlook
Express as the newsreader, and export it to Outlook.

But dude,

Sometimes the server is down. I’ve noticed it several
times. It has been much better lately.

Sometimes it is really slow and you get messages like
this one I just got:
HTTP/1.1 502 Gateway Error Server: Microsoft-IIS/5.0
Date: Sat, 22 Feb 2003 01:45:29 GMT Connection: close
Content-Length: 186 Content-Type: text/html CGI
Timeout
The specified CGI application exceeded the allowed
time for processing. The server has deleted the
process.

It also appears to only return 25 hits, with no way to
see any results past 25 without changing your query or
maybe the date ranges.

I’m just guessing here but it seems that your perl
script doesn’t quit after finding 25 results, it
searches the whole db and then only returns 25. If I
search for “toby”, it immediately returns with no
results. If I search for “irp”, forget it, it comes
back with the above timeout error. If I search for
something reasonable like “IRP_MJ_SET_INFORMATION”,
that comes back in about 60 seconds. The more
specific the query, the faster it seems to be.

Despite these minor annoyances, it is an extremely
valuable resource,

Thanks
