ADSL-modems, PPPOE

Hello all !
I have a NDIS-hook driver. It works okay except some ADSL-modems.
(for example ALCATEL Speed Touch Home POTS Network Terminator 300)
The thing is that I dont have ADSL-modem to debug… The error occures
at customer’s computer…

Could you guess, why the problem may occure ?
I just have no idea… :frowning:

What does it mean “works except”? Any BSODs on ADSL modem? What
are the symptoms?

Does your customer use Enternet 300 or RASPPoE from Schlabach , or … ?
What’s the OS ? I use an Alcatel SpTch Home to connect to the internet, so
may be I can help to debug ?

No BSOD …
He just cannot estabish connection through his ADSL modem.
