Admin Privilege from NonAdmin User Account (XP)

Hi All,

(Not sure if I could post this query here)

Am writing an User mode code (app/dll).

This will run under an User who doesn’t have Admin
privilege.

Is there any Win API/other Function available thro which
I could set Admin Privilege for this User/Appln (under XP
Prof & XPE) from this code ?

Some operation which I supposed to do requires Admin
Privilege.

Sorry, you cannot violate the NT’s security model due to your app
design choices.

Not all features of the app will be available if running under
non-admin. This is inevitable.
