adding capacity to dynamic disk

Hi all !
Can I physically add capacity to dynamic disk (for example in RAID)?
Regards, Dany

To a volume? Yes, both DmIo and NTFS support it, though not all DmIo configurations.
As about the hardware RAIDs - see their documentation, they must support LUN growth.

Max,
I am talking about hardware. Let’s say we have RAID, that supports LUN
growth.
So I format it, upgrade to dynamic disk and add capacity to it. Do I have to
see a new capacity as “Unallocated Disk Space” in disk manager?
What happen to LDM that was on the last 1M of initial RAID capacity?

Theoretically, it must be so, try this practically.
NTFS volume can be extended to this new free space in the tail.
