Accessing > 0 PCI segment using HalGetBusDataByOffset

Hello,
We have some old NT-style drivers that use HalGet/SetBusDataByOffset to issue PCI configuration cycles (read and write) for some testing purposes.

We have some platforms where the platform developer had configured the platform into multiple PCI segments.

Do the above routines allow you to encode the PCI segment in any way or is PCI segment 0 always assumed by the above routines?.
