About Surprise Remove

Hi! ALL
I have to resolve problem about Surprise Remove on USB Mass Storage device
(i.e.Digital Camera, Still image).in the case when reading or writing data
from device
by USB, remove USB plug abruptly causing Win98 hang.
Any Advices will be appreciated

Bad driver. It should recover. 98SE, I hope.
