About NDIS OID

Hi,all:
I find some problem in NDIS!the sympton is as follows:
when I use NdisRequest to forward a OID to miniport driver,I find some OIDs are disappered by NDIS(the miniport driver’s SetInformationHandler is not be called).such as if you use NdisRequest to send a OID_PNP_REMOVE_WAKE_UP_PATTERN,then the miniportc driver’s SetInformationHandler will be called,but if you use NdisRequest to send a OID_PNP_ENABLE_WAKE_UP,the miniport driver’s SetInformationHandler is not be called!

why did the microsoft disable those OID??,and if link this,how can I set the NIC’s wakeup mode(WOL mode,such as magic packet,Link change)

Because they are handled completely by NDIS without any miniport
involvement.
