remembering the recent discussion about extended attributes here,
I have added suport for querying, editing and setting extended
attributes into FileTest. The new version is not available at osronline.com
yet, I want to make sure it works properly before uploading there.

Full commented source is included, for those they
want to know how to set or query extended attributes.
The new version has been tested on NTFS in Windows XP (yet).
