I have been wondering about the whole hard error system in general lately
myself. Could someone explain the whole hard error system to me? I have
read that there is an LPC port that messages get sent to when hard errors
happen, but that is all I know. I would like more specific info such as
what messages, and what can be done there. Does
IoRaiseInformationalHardError have a return value? If so, does it get this
in a reply LPC message from the hard error port? Is that how the win32
subsystem handles SetHardErrorMode()?
