The free OSR Learning Library has more than 50 articles on a wide variety of topics about writing and debugging device drivers and Minifilters. From introductory level to advanced. All the articles have been recently reviewed and updated, and are written using the clear and definitive style you've come to expect from OSR over the years.

My INFs have had these sections since the beginning of time. The WDK samples still have them. Yet the docs say
The DefaultUninstall and DefaultUninstall.Services sections are prohibited (with exception) starting with Windows 10 version 1903.
Of course they don't mention what "with exception" means nor how your driver could possibly be uninstalled if these sections were missing. So what am I missing here?

Have you tried putting in a question against the docs? In my experience the Doc guys are very responsive when it is a documentation issue (which this feels like).
