Notepad++ editor does not work with STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED status code

Hello,

My goal is to prevent the opening of files according to their content in minifilter. But in notepad++ editor does not work with : Data->IoStatus.Status = STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED command. When used this command, the notepad++ editor gives an error and empties the content of the file. Does anyone know cause of this problem and have any suggestions?

Check Notepad++ cache behaviour, it’s maybe Notepad++ cache data don’t allow you to denied requests ,
