Simple: You can't.
You can edit the content of your post, within one hour of creating it.
After that, any changes (edit/delete/rename/whatever) have to be done by a moderator or administrator.

Sure. Be aware, though, that we don’t like to do such things. If everyone posted questions, got answers, and then deleted their posts it wouldn’t be much of a forum.
