Code Integrity violation - on a non-driver??

* This break indicates this binary is not signed correctly: \Device\HarddiskVolume2\REDIR\Windows\System32\scesrv.dll
* and does not meet the system policy.
* The binary was attempted to be loaded in the process: \Device\HarddiskVolume2\Windows\System32\services.exe
* This is not a failure in CI, but a problem with the failing binary.
* Please contact the binary owner for getting the binary correctly signed.

Since this is not my driver, obviously, does this violation mean just that the binary contents did not match its hash or something else? I was under the impression that CI only checks drivers.
The above binary has no signatures anyway.

(yes, my mini-filter did redirect the file, but the contents are unchanged)

I am still puzzling over this issue :frowning:
MS Support told us they have no idea what the error referrs to.
Is it possible that simply hiding (accidentally) a catalog file this happens?? Not preventing open, but messing up a listing?

Frankly, our MS contact person took 2 months to say just that (that they don’t know what the this CIVE is)… what happened to MS support??
