Split announcements and forum support?

I like not filtering the announcements forum into a folder so I can get the latest news in my inbox, but with support requests happening there I get an email for every person who has a comment to make about their post being lost. Would it possible to put support into a different forum?

Your request makes sense… I’m just not sure there’s enough of EITHER traffic (announcements or admin requests) to warrant separate forums.
