Simple filter driver - sources

Hi,
anybody has sources of some very simple file system filter driver?
If you have it, can you send me it?
I’m creating a simple f.s. filter and I’ve getting access denied and I don’t
know why.

Thanx for advice,
David Mensik

The Windows 2000 IFS Kit contains sample source code for file system
filters. Two commonly looked at ones are Sfilter and FileSpy. You can go
to http://www.microsoft.com/hwdev/ntifskit/ for information on obtaining
this kit.

You can also go to http://www.sysinternals.com/ and look at the source to
the Filemon filter. This site also contains some useful utilities for
filter developers.

Another site which contains some useful utilities is http://www.osr.com.

Well,
I don’t have $1000 for IFS Kit.
On system internals, their source code is complicated.
I want something really ease, something like skeleton.
I wrote something, but It didn’t work :frowning:

The sample filter that comes with Rajeev Nagars book Windows NT File System
Internals is probably easier to understand than FileMon from sysinternals.
