Found a bug in fltmgr.sys that causes an AV BSOD when verifier is enabled. Yes, I understand that verifier is designed to identify bugs in user code which leads to crashes but this is in actual fltmgr code. Anyway, does anyone have an appropriate point of contact at at Microsoft to report a bug with DV? I don't think it's a security vulnerability so MSRC probably doesn't make sense.

Can you provide the analysis that makes you believe it’s a FltMgr bug?

Yup. Absolutely. On the DV team, in the dev kits team, and in the FltMgr team.
As SNoone requested, please post your analysis (!analyze -v output, and walk us through your diagnosis as to the bug in FltMgr)... assuming we concur, we'll get it to the right folks.
