How do I set up Outlook rules?

The subject says it all.

But to say a bit more:

It seems there is no “To” field in the emails in and it seems the “From:” field varies between posts.

Perhaps the Community system can be tweaked to generate a “To: NTDEV” receiver or similar?

Another good question, thanks. The subject line should have the category name now, instead of [OSR] which it had originally. So… posts from NTDEV should have [NTDEV] in the subject. This should make it pretty easy to sort.

We’re going to be looking at a lot of things related to email in the coming weeks, including the addresses used. So, there may be additional changes.
