Windows Internals book for Win 10, 6th vs 7th Edition

The 7th Edition Part 2 is apparently not yet published, so I cannot read more detailed information there that is referred to in Part 1.
I’m wondering if I can just use both parts of the 6th Edition for Windows 10. The book says it’s updated for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2.

In your experience, is there anything that is incompatible in Windows 10 with what’s in the 6th Edition? It says that anything in the “Windows API” is not subject to change, but I’m unclear as to what the Windows API consists of. Can I assume that anything that I find in MSDN is in this category?

Are there new features in Windows 10 that are only in 7th Edition Part 2?

Also, do you know when 7th Edition Part 2 will be published?

Sorry my bad. I have 6th edition myself. I just assumed Edition 7 had both
as well. The 6th edition is fine.
