Windbg settings for serial over usb in windows 10 pro

I have followed the msdn links to set the windbg settings for target machine

After rebooting it doesnt it boot to windows 10 machine.

Those instructions only apply to the Shark’s Cove development board. Unless you are using that board as your target machine, the instructions do not apply.
