sysdev submissions no longer require signing hck packages (or cabs)

Thanks a lot for the information.
It seems that a new rules are already working.

The company that I work for has successfully submitted EV signed driver packages but is having issues with packages signed with their code signing cert. I am not the one doing the submissions but I get notified about the failure and asked how to fix it. How is this class 3 cert related to the EV cert?
