New warning with windbg 3.0.0020.0

I’ve just upgraded to windbg 3.0.0020.0 and am seeing a new warning that
wasn’t there before. The message is:

WARNING: Stack unwind information not available. Following frames may be
wrong.

Any ideas what may be wrong here?

You don’t have correct symbols for something on the stack. Stack walk
cannot be 100% accurate without symbols.
