Is it just me or is the WDK for 2008 still not available? All I get is a
note saying
The Server 2008 edition of the Windows Driver Kit is temporarily
unavailable
from MSDN. A patch from Windows Update (KB 938371) interferes with
installation of the Kernel Mode Driver Framework on Windows Vista. We
expect to have fully tested the fix to this problem within two weeks (by
3/15).

There’s one available on Microsoft Connect, though still with
warnings not to release any KMDF or UMDF drivers built with it.
But if you’re just after the kit, it’s up there.

Most of us got it when it was first released. Issues with KMDF caused it to
be pulled.
