Yes but not filter or device drivers. It is very possible to program ring 0
and kernel mode components with Delphi, however, you must be very carefull
not to use the VCL as it is heap based.

Hi Mark,

I am not quite sure how low you want to go, but I’ve written a file
filter driver (WinNT/9x) that cooperates with a user-mode service which
is written in Delphi. The service takes care of retrieving name and
workstation of the user accessing a file, it takes care of notifications
(email, network-wide and such), it has a “central management”
module inside and much, much more…
