Hi All,
I have a problem with porting my RDR2 miniredirector driver to Win 2003.
It starts and does about 80% of things but the system does not see the most
of volume properties of my mounted volumes (like total space, free space, FS
type, volume label).
And as I see the system does not ever try to get them except the only
FileFsDeviceInformation query…
Also the system doesn’t allow create long file names with Windows Explorer,
it says that the filesystem doesn’t support long names, but I can create and
use long names with FAR Manager…
The worst thing is that this code works good on Win 2000/XP.
I have diffed the samples (nulmrx, smbmrx) for WinXP and Win2003 - they seem
to be 95% the same (except some bugfixes). (I use the last Win2003 IFS Kit)
So I suspect something have changed in the RDR2 model in Win 2003…
Any help or suggestions will be highly appreciated.
