    I have just finished it and still working on a KB to publish it.

    However, the Ramdisk sample driver is now available in our ftp site given
    below:

    http://support.microsoft.com/support/msfe/

    After click "Click Here to receive a file" link, use the directory name
    "Ramdisk". It is available as a zip file. (Source + free build binary)

    I would appreciate any feedback.
