Hi Guys,
I am trying to run the HLK Tests on our Software Drivers for getting the Microsoft certification to deploy and run the Software on Windows 10 Operating system.
But, when running the HLK tests, in the HLK Manager, it is showing the error as:
Root Cause
“Result has been in PD pipeline for the last 992 minutes. Run payload has been sent and is waiting for a message from WTT Server.”

And the tests are getting stopped after this error.
Setup Details: Virtual Machines
HLK Controller/Server : Windows Server 2016
HLK Client : Windows 10 Enterprise
Can anyone please help on this issue?
