I’m writing because I have modified the vhidmini2 sample to make a joystick and it works fine but I don’t find any post or sample where to see what I need to add it to show the joystick icon in the Devices and Printers window. In Device Manager it is shown.

What does it show right now? You can associate your own image using the “Device Metadata Authoring Wizard”, from Visual Studio, in the Device Metadata menu. It’s a fair amount of trouble.
The problem is that there is not icon, so I can’t change the image.
