I tried running xHCI usb 3.1 controller HLK tests USBTCD cases, getting failed in “failed to stage driver/ create process(usbTCD.inf)” before that,i have connected superMUTT 3.0 device in xHCI controller in client PC and I installed MUTT driver packages and tried to add/install the driver files.
C:\windows\system32>pnputil.exe /add-driver C:\program Files(x86)\USBTEST\x64\usbfx2.inf /install
C:\usbTest\MuttUtil –UpdateDriver usbfx2.inf
C:\usbTest\MuttUtil.exe -UpdateFirmware
Same commands used for usbstress.inf and USBTCD.inf
Please help me to resolve the errors.
