We are observing an issue with a device on one specific machine (HP Z2). The device contains a Bluetooth functionality and connects over USB to the host machine. If the device is connected directly to the host machine then the driver fails to communicate with the device at some point of time and the operation fails. The debug analysis so far shows that at some point we are not getting the data packets from the device. There is a 10 seconds gap in the driver logs and eventually the operation fails.
However if the device is connected to the host machine via an external USB hub then everything works fine. We have not observed any other USB related issues with the machine. Any suggestions for debugging this issue.
