Validator for PORT_CONFIGURATION_INFORMATION AlignmentMask?

Hi,

What is responsible for enforcing the buffer alignment set in the PORT_CONFIGURATION_INFORMATION? Does our storport need to do that or we can set and assume buffers coming in are aligned?
