IoVolumeDeviceToDosName fails with error with STATUS_OBJECT_NAME_NOT_FOUND only on one windows XP.

IoVolumeDeviceToDosName() fails with 0xC0000034 when called from instance setup callback of minifilter for a removable media. When multiple times usb stick is attached and removed, this is generated.
This happens intermittently and only on windows XP.
