Windows driver docs get some improvements

As part of our commitment toward bettering the Microsoft driver docs, the Windows Driver Docs team moved the conceptual topics.

from
https://msdn.microsoft.com/windows/hardware/drivers
to
https://docs.microsoft.com/windows-hardware/drivers

We?ve incorporated redirects to automatically take you from an MSDN page to relocated content, in case you have bookmarks or other direct methods of accessing pages. In making the move we join the growing movement of organizing the Microsoft developer content in the https://docs.microsoft.com location. And while the initial content is the same as the old location (for now), the experience is improved. We?re confident that you?ll see both short-term and long-term goodness in the new site, such as:

? Much faster page load times (<1 sec on docs instead of 2.5 sec on MSDN, on average)
? A filter option to scope your table of contents
? A button to download the content (from that topic down in the node) as PDF
? The option for a ?dark? theme for your docs (my personal favorite).

You can still make edits?submitted as pull requests?that will be reviewed by the writers. And we still can update content in real time.

This change affects only the conceptual docs, for now, including architectural overviews, how-to topics, and other prose. The DDI reference docs are still on MSDN. Look to see those moved to the docs site in the months to come.

Enjoy the new site!

Well, so much for taking the time to write something out and then copy/paste. :stuck_out_tongue: ?'s abound!

Be nice to see the criticisms addressed, after all innaccurate information downloaded in 1 second to a dark theme is still inaccurate information…
