What, exactly, do you mean by “flickering”? Do you mean the movie plays
badly, with hesitations? Do you mean the movie alternates frames with a
black image? Or do you mean the whole monitor image blinks?
Playing a movie while switching screens is a high-stress operation.
Playing a movie requires access to advanced graphics card features, and
those features are often not available on secondary screens, requiring
the graphics chip to fall back to simulations.

I could see the movie alternates frames with a black image
yes developing 3D graphics Card , for which my Driver sequence are good.
It happens specifically to 4K panel.
You could start with a more detailed description of the observed behaviour
and then some details about the card itself (bus at least) and the data to
be rendered (frame rate etc.)

I have 3d graphics card which is in developing state and i observed these
flickering during playing a move clip .
Not sure the card specification or the data .
