Is there anybody who knows that Microsoft has a plan to support SR-IOV for non NDIS devices for Windows Operating Systemes? I know that Linux supports SR-IOV not just NDIS device but other type of devices.

I know that Windows Server 2016 supports discrete device assignment (DDA) for which PF e.g. a physical PCI express connected device is directly connected to VM. If the device also support couple of VFs, is DDA able to connect those each of the VFs to a distinguish VM?
