I am trying to measure the time taken for a single read request to complete at the disk driver layer (on Windows 2012 R2) and was trying to use the IO_Performance keyword of Microsoft-Windows-Disk event trace provider. However, I am unable to see any events logged by this provider, neither for this specific keyword nor others. The same procedure works fine with Microsoft-Windows-Storport provider, so I believe I am doing the right things in terms of settings (filters/level etc)
Is there some other setting that needs to be enabled for the disk driver to log these events?
