This is more an irritant, but it has been there for several versions, both
betas and final releases.
The toolbar looses “track”. For no apparent reason the toolbar will
“disappear” leaving behind a few of its ICONS, and messing up the vertical
positioning of any windows that are open. I have found that I can
disable/enable the Toolbar and get things back to normal.
