Sounds like a buggy BIOS. When PnP is turned on, BIOSs often do not
do the PCI mapping, as you know. Then it seems that HalAssignSlotResources
fixes them up for you. (This is the first time I heard that HASR actually
worked *correctly* Yikes!-)
