WDK for 2008 available?

Is it just me or is the WDK for 2008 still not available? All I get is a
note saying

    There's one available on Microsoft Connect, though still with
    warnings not to release any KMDF or UMDF drivers built with it.

    But if you're just after the kit, it's up there.

    Most of us got it when it was first released. Issues with KMDF caused it to
    be pulled.
