Windows 2000 Professional Debug/Checked Build 2195 Problems

Hello All.

I have the following problems with Windows 2000 Professional Debug/Checked
Build 2195 from MSDN February 2000 CD pack.

First problem:

I am trying to install this system on target PC PentiumII-233, 64Mb RAM,
Asus P2L97 MotherBoard, IDE Hard Disk free space > 1.5Gb.
The system installs directly from CD.
At step “Loading files” the system exits the installation with message

“Insufficient memory for ntfs.sys.
Press any key to continue.”

Increasing the RAM up to 96Mb has no effect.

The Free version of Windows 2000 Prof from MSDN February 2000 CD pack
and the Windows Beta3 Prof Debug/Checked Build 2031 from
MSDN June 1999 CD pack can be installed and work fine on this PC.

Can You tell me how to solve this problem?

Second problem:

I am trying to install this system on target PC PentiumII-233, 64Mb RAM,
Asus P2L97-S MotherBoard, SCSI Hard Disk free space > 1.5Gb.
The system installed directly from CD.
The installation finished successfully and at first time the system
loaded and works OK.

But if I add the next options to the boot.ini file:

/debug /debugport=com2 /baudrate=19200

and restart the PC, I cannot see any message in WinDbg Windows on host PC.

Moreover, if I press
Start->Settings->Control Panel->System->Hardware->DeviceManager
I see the resource conflict between port Com2 and Computer->Standard PC
drivers.
"This device cannot find enough free resource that it can use.
(Code 12)
If You want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the
other devices on this system. "

" Input/Output Range 02F8 - 02FF used by:
Standard PC. "

Moreover, if I change the option /debugport=Com1 in boot.ini file
and restart PC I see the same conflict between port Com1 and
Computer->Standard PC.

If I delete this options, there are no any conflicts.

What is the cause of this problem?
Is there any way to use the WinDbg in this case?

Any help would be appreciated.

i have practically found that the latest windows professional 2000 checked version is a reeeal memory hog. even while installing in systems with 128 mb RAM it just managed to got installed with a couple of warnings about lack of virtual memory. Even after that it was horribly slow.
in a different machine with 256 MB RAM & 466 mhz things are just OK
